LGPR works closely with clients to create tangible metrics that measure the effectiveness of specific programs. Because we see ourselves as a strategic partner and not just another vendor, we commit to a higher level of accountability.  Unlike other communications firms, we put our money where our mouth is when we say our success is based on yours. If we fall short of the metrics we set, we refund our fees based on the percentage missed. Sometimes those results are right there in front of us…but on the other side of the looking glass.
